How it Works
Consultation
You make the initial contact letting us know you want to try the service. Chef Johanna will then email you to set up a time to discuss your culinary needs, either in person or over the phone. The consultation genereally takes about 30 minutes. Every plan is personalized to your exact specifications and a start date is set.
Menu
After our consult, Chef Johanna sits down to create the perfect menu. She will then email you the menu at least 3 days prior to the cook date, for your approval.
Time and research is spent getting the perfect combination of flavors and cuisines just right .
Cook Day
On the cook day, Chef Johanna purchases the groceries, heads to her commercial kitchen where she prepare your meals. She then delivers all the delicious and nutritious items to your fridge.
You come home and simply heat and eat. It’s that easy.

About Me
I have since traveled throughout America, Europe and Canada in pursuit of all the culinary treats the world has to offer. From these experiences, I have continued my quest for cuisine from the four corners of the earth. The one thing I haven’t forgotten is what my mother taught me in my young ‘cheffing’ days…that delicious food doesn’t need to have a lot of ingredients to make you feel like you’ve traveled to some far away land.
